The Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) says that the number of inbound passengers to Sri Lanka has been restricted due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic.
Sri Lankan authorities said the number of passengers brought to Sri Lanka by all International Airlines will be limited to 75 passengers maximum.
The decision has been taken per the instructions of the National Centre for the Prevention of COVID-19
This limitation will be in effect from Monday (03) for a period of 14 days and the status quo will be reviewed after 14 days, according to local news channel News1st.
