Mr Trump and Mr Kim can be seen here making their way to the library at the Capella for their private conversation.
Trump and Kim is expected to sit face-to-face with Kim for one hour accompanied only by translators, later to be joined by senior aides to both leaders as they discuss the potential for peace and denuclearization on the Korean peninsula.
“We will have a terrific relationship, I have no doubt,” Trump told reporters just before their private audience.
The idea of a US president and a NorthKorean leader shaking hands in a friendly manner would have been unthinkable only months ago.
This is a truly historic moment.
Mr Trump’s motorcade has arrived on Sentosa island. The countdown to the summit begins.
