India suspends all domestic flights, effective midnight 24 March, to contain the spread of #COVID19 pandemic.

“Domestic schedule commercial airlines shall cease operations with effect from 25 March,” said a senior government official.

Curfew imposed in the Colombo, Gampaha, Puttalam and the Northern Province to be lifted at 6am tomorrow and re-imposed at noon. Curfew will be in place until 6am on Friday.

Curfew to 17 districts will be re-imposed at 2pm today and will be lifted at 6am on Thursday. Curfew to be re-imposed to the same 17 districts at noon on Thursday until further notice.
