President to Sajith : You were late, all conditions not agreed

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has told Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa that he appointed Ranil Wickremesinghe as Prime Minister as Premadasa had initially rejected the offer

President also said that Opposition Leader’s letter had some conditions which had not being agreed by party leaders yet.
